Asia Argento Remembers Anthony Bourdain With Intimate New Photo
Anthony Bourdain's girlfriend Asia Argento has shared a new snapshot of the couple in happier times.
After Anthony Bourdain died, his girlfriend Asia Argento shared an immediate tribute to "my love, my rock, my protector" on social media. Since, she has shared various updates with fans: One nodded to the complexity of grief, especially in the face of sudden tragedy, and while squarely in the public spotlight. Another said, "LIfe is a bitch and then you die."
Her latest remembrance comes with a shorter and simpler message — and with a photo of the couple in happier times. In an Instagram post she captioned simply, "Two weeks without you," Argento marked a milestone following Bourdain's death on June 8.
It accompanies a selfie of the tattooed pair in swimsuits and sunglasses, taken against the backdrop of a turquoise and cobalt sea.
Argento's post came just after details from Bourdain's toxicology report emerged, showing he did not have narcotics in his system at the time of his death.
