In the months since, Tom has not missed the chance to gush about Victoria: "She is a model, she works a lot and she is very successful and does well for herself. But she is also very humble and really cool — just a very sweet, thoughtful person."

When did fans first learn about Tom Sandoval's new girlfriend?

As fans may recall, Sandoval and Victoria first sparked dating rumors after they went on vacation to Las Vegas and were spotted getting cozy at the bar that he co-owns with Tom Schwartz, Schwartz & Sandy's. Sandoval later took his connection with Victoria to the next level, as he asked her to be his Valentine in February.

When do we learn about Tom Sandoval's "romantic interest" on Vanderpump Rules Season 11? 

For proof that Vanderpump Rules Season 11 is taking a deep dive into Sandoval's romantic journey, look no further than the above preview for Episode 8, set to air Tuesday, March 19.

The clip offers a first look at a pool party being thrown at Sandoval and Ariana's Valley Village home. He's hosting the gathering, and despite him telling Schwartz that it was "sanctioned" by Ariana, Schwartz admits to feeling "weird" about being there. 

Why? Because Sandoval invited a love interest. More specifically, he reached out to "a couple girls" that he met at one of James Kennedy's "See You Next Tuesday" gigs. 

How did Tom Schwartz react to Tom Sandoval bringing his "romantic interest" to the house party? 

As such, Schwartz tells Sandoval in the preview, "I'm gonna roll out, brother. After we talked at dinner last night when you said you happen to have a potential romantic interest here, just the idea of me being in here after everything that happened — being implicated as some sort of, I don't know, wing man or some sh-t — it just feels weird for me."

"I'm so proud that Tom is putting himself out there," Schwartz adds in a confessional interview. "But maybe don't do it under the same roof of the girl you cheated on."

Sandoval's take on the matter? He says in a confessional of his own, "I get Schwartz is trying to be diplomatic here, but it's not like we're having a f-cking orgy in the living room."
