Why Shannon Broke the Fourth Wall Before Leaving London Early: “F-cking Evil” (EXCLUSIVE)
Shannon Storms Beador didn't make it to the end of her RHOC birthday trip to London — here's what happened.
Season 18, Episode 16 of The Real Housewives of Orange County saw the cast's trip across the pond come to a dramatic conclusion, but there's still more to the story — specifically when it comes to Shannon Storms Beador's departure. As it turns out, she left London altogether following the episode's disastrous dinner.
During a recent interview at Bravo HQ, Shannon and her fellow 'Wives opened up about her early exit from the messy London vacation. Shannon was, more specifically, asked about her feelings going into the trip, to which she responded, "Do you think it's happy? Do you know that I left?"
From there, her fellow cast members dug into why exactly things shook out the way they did: with Shannon ditching her mic and heading to the airport after faced with an allegation during dinner that she'd tried to dig up dirt on Gina Kirschenheiter.
As Heather Dubrow explained in her Bravo HQ interview, "[Jennifer Pedranti] was so pissed at [Tamra Judge] for looking up [Ryan Boyajian] two years ago, but Shannon's the one that gave her the information. But why did she give her that information now, when it happened two years ago? And then that caused Tamra to want to retaliate and show that it wasn't just her, that Shannon had been digging things up also. It devolved into this finger pointing and mean and all these things, and I think that when Shannon was faced with the fact that she does this stuff too, she just took off."
Tamra Judge, Emily Simpson, and more react to Shannon leaving London early
Weighing in on Shannon's premature departure from London during her own Bravo HQ visit, Emily Simpson said, "I wish Shannon wouldn't have left. I just felt really sad that she felt like she had to get a ticket and fly home alone."
"I could just picture her being in the airport alone and like, having her own luggage and getting on this flight and flying home alone," Emily continued. "And it just made me really sad that she felt that she had to do that."
Tamra, for her part, called the situation "ridiculous."
"Shannon is a very calculated person," Tamra added. "She doesn't show it on camera, but she's very calculated and very smart."
How did Shannon Storms Beador break the fourth wall during the RHOC London trip?
During the final dinner of the London trip, Shannon decided she was officially done after Tamra brought up the Gina situation. "I'm out. I don't give a f-ck. I'll take an Uber," Shannon said right as the candles were being lit on her birthday cake.
Outside, she told the cameras she was "done" and took her mic off.
"Me walking out this door. That is growth," she added in a confessional. "I'm not going to allow toxic people to penetrate me and my life anymore."
Shannon also dubbed Tamra "f-cking evil."
