Which Real Housewives Splurge the Most?
And more importantly, which items do the 'Wives secretly save on?
It's really no secret that Real Housewives love all things expensive (have you seen their closet tours?), but it's the items they choose to save on that really pique our interest. We asked Karen Huger of The Real Housewives of Potomac and Eileen Davidson, Erika Girardi, and Kathryn Edwards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills to tell us their favorite high-ticket items, plus the low-end products they can't live without.
The one product that all the Housewives admit to saving on is mascara. As Erika says, "The cheaper stuff works just as good as the expensive stuff." And while Karen goes for L’Oréal, the Beverly Hills ladies like the classic Maybelline Great Lash Mascara.
One item that they all go higher on? Alcohol. "High on alcohol is really important, because you don't want a hangover," says Karen. Amen to that.
