What Has Emily Warburton-Adams Been Doing Since Below Deck Season 4?
The one-time second stew has become a successful entrepreneur, far away from the yachting industry.
Below Deck Season 4 introduced audience members to second stew Emily Warburton-Adams in 2016, and they couldn't help but to fall in love with her quirky personality.
Emily, a London native, with big blue eyes, cheeky glasses, and an adorable British accent certainly carried her weight while working on M/Y Valor. But she also knew how to not take herself too seriously and have fun throughout her time on board working for Captain Lee Rosbach.
She hit it off with Chef Ben Robinson, entering a relationship with him during the charter season after other crew members attempted to pursue her.
"He was British and he made me laugh, and I do like an older guy," Emily told Life After Bravo in 2020. "It was totally real feelings. He knew what I liked, and he made me food. It was a real perk."
Emily and Ben did end up leaving M/Y Valor together. But in the eight years since the show aired, a lot has changed in Emily's life — including her hair color.
What happened between Ben Robinson and Emily Warburton-Adams after Below Deck?
After leaving the show together, Emily moved to Florida with Ben, giving up the yachting industry for good in exchange for touring the United States together, hosting private events and cooking for clients. However, Emily was commuting between the U.S. and the United Kingdom and the couple eventually parted ways, with Emily moving to the U.K. permanently.
During an episode of the podcast, After Deck with Kate Chastain, in 2017, Ben revealed that he and Emily were no longer seeing each other. "I can't exactly exclaim that we're steady and dating at this point in time," he said. "We just don't see each other enough to have a serious relationship."

Emily Warburton-Adams started POW Food in 2018
Emily went onto become a qualified health coach. In 2018, she and her mom — longtime catering industry mainstay Alison Warburton — started POW Food, a sustainable catering company based in the U.K. The company was based on the women's passion for "creating food to nourish for longevity while creating actionable change" placing nutrition and sustainability at the heart of their company.
POW Food offers event and workplace catering within the United Kingdom and can even provide gorgeous food for styled shoots. They also ship freezer-ready meals, fully prepped dishes, meal bundles, and pantry-ready items across the U.K.
Emily opened up about what inspired her to start the brand in an interview with Shift London. "The essence of the company came from me suffering from an eating disorder from when I was 12 to 20," she said. "I was in and out of the hospital three times as a patient and they really didn't think I was going to recover; it was quite bad."

She revealed in a 2023 Instagram post that POW Food has scaled up, going from 10 employees to 35 employees in the past three years, but it hasn't led to a bigger pay check, just a heftier workload.
"My mum and I founded it just before my dad died, and then lockdown, which was a great distraction to be honest," she wrote.
