As Below Deck Mediterranean fans know, Chef Dave White doesn't miss — except, maybe, when it comes to his pancake recipe.
“He worked nonstop. Dave’s the best chef we’ve ever had, ever, on Below Deck,” Captain Sandy Yawn shared during the show's Season 7 reunion.
So, it comes as no surprise that the U.K.-born chef has continued his stellar culinary career after his one-season stint aboard Home.

According to his BravoTV.com bio, Chef Dave had seven years of experience as a head chef before joining the crew on Below Deck Mediterranean.
"Dave White prides himself on plating, flavor and presentation. He lives for adventure of any kind and has competed in pro skiing competitions, climbed Mount Everest, skydived and has the tales of past injuries to prove it," reads the bio. "After working in some of London’s most prestigious kitchens, White made his entry into the world of yachting and was hooked on its combination of cooking and adventure. In addition to serving as a Head Chef on several boats over the last seven years, White opened a France-based restaurant that is available seasonally."
What happened to Chef Dave White on Below Deck Mediterranean?
After Season 7 wrapped, Chef Dave suffered a back injury and had to undergo spinal surgery.
Nevertheless, he hasn't let his health issues stop him from his passions — and love of adrenaline. In the future, Dave hopes to once again summit Mount Everest and claim the world record for highest dinner party at 8000 meters.
Where does Chef Dave White work now?
Chef Dave is still cooking, thank goodness. These days, he's taking his talents to pop-up events around the globe. He's even collaborated with Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 3 chef Marcos Spaziani.

"I will follow a preference sheet, but I don't follow recipes. If I'm creating something, I know that I need sour, bitter, sweet, texture, and earth," he said while explaining his cooking philosophy in Season 7 Episode 1. "I'm always bouncing ideas off myself. It's almost like throwing a ball off the wall. ... Just shut my eyes and I can envision the plate."
Who is Chef Dave White dating?
Dave's romantic life became a hot topic during Season 7 when it was discovered that he and Chief Stew Natasha Webb were romantically connected before the season began.
These days, he's keeping his love life under wraps and hasn't publicly shared if he's seeing anyone special.
Where does Chef Dave White live now?
In January 2023, the U.K.-born chef shared on Instagram that he'd relocated to Florida.
"Can’t relocate to Florida and not purchase a Harley Davidson," he wrote in the post's caption, alongside a photo of himself in a cut-off denim vest.
