Ariana Reveals Where She Stands with Scheana After the Sandoval Hotel Room Drama at BravoCon 2023

Scheana Shay sided with Ariana Madix following her split from Tom Sandoval earlier this year, but things are a little more complicated these days — namely after BravoCon 2023, as it was revealed that Scheana had hung out with Sandoval on one occasion over the November weekend.
News of said hangout surfaced during the "Battle of the Sexes" panel featuring Ariana and her Vanderpump Rules castmates Lala Kent and James Kennedy, when the latter claimed that Scheana and Lala had spent time in Sandoval's hotel room on the first night of BravoCon weekend.
Lala, however, immediately defended herself by denying that she was in the room.
The same couldn't be said for Scheana, though, as she later confirmed that she had indeed been talking to Sandoval in his room at BravoCon 2023. Read on to hear her explanation for why, and to see where she and Ariana stand today after the drama.
Why Scheana Shay Was in Tom Sandoval's Room at BravoCon 2023
Speaking to Page Six about the reason for her being in Sandoval's hotel room, Scheana began, "I don’t like some of the things I heard him saying..."
"There was a lot that was said, and I’ve not been easy on him," she added before sharing that she went to Sandoval's room to continue to have "conversations" with him about why he shouldn't be talking about Ariana anymore. "I’ve been very stern with how I feel and what I disagree with."

Ariana's Reaction to Scheana and Sandoval Hanging Out
Ariana was admittedly not thrilled to hear about Scheana and Sandoval hanging out, even after Scheana explained the reason they were together. As Ariana told Access Hollywood in November, "It's weird. Lala was not in the room. I was with Lala and James on that same panel. Lala was not, but Scheana was. And I was like, 'That's weird.'"
Ariana's Update on Her Friendship with Scheana
Following the conclusion of BravoCon 2023, Ariana shared a promising development in the Scheana saga. More specifically, she was asked by Access Hollywood on Nov. 7 if she's "talked to Scheana" and she said, "I have, yes."
What's more, when asked if the two are "on good terms," Ariana added, "We're good, yeah."
Ariana gave a more detailed update on the Dec. 11 episode of the Chicks in the Office podcast. “Me and Scheana, we’re good,” she began. "In the moment, it was like I found out about it without having seen her or talked to her, and I didn’t know what was going on or being talked about, so when they asked, I was like, ‘Well that’s weird.’ But I’m never gonna tell anybody what to do or how to act or who to talk to."
"I’m just going to do what I can, and all I can do is control what I do," Ariana concluded. "I’m going to protect my peace, and if that means sometimes like removing myself from situations or if I’m uncomfortable then yeah but yeah, it was a whole thing."
