Shep Rose Opens Up About His New Beach House

Sure Shep Rose likes to have a good time. But he's also one very busy guy, as he recently shared with The Daily Dish. The Southern Charm bachelor definitely takes the role of entrepreneur quite seriously, with the Charleston pal balancing his work as an investor in some local haunts as well as his ever-expanding Shep Gear brand. And we got the scoop on just about everything he's doing.

How to Watch

Watch Southern Charm on Bravo Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

"Bars are rocking and rolling. I had another investment that I did with my bro and did really well," Shep, who co-owns several bars in the Charleston area, said. "So things are really good. I have really nothing to complain about."

And when Shep, who certainly has had an interesting career in the past, isn't busy pursuing some interesting new endeavors like acting with Bruce Willis, stand-up comedy and trying his hand as an announcer at a baseball game as of late, he, of course, has been busy creating and selling his ShepGear by Shep Rose line of merchandise.

All Aboard!! @camwimberly1 loves her #HotmessExpress shirt haha #shepGear

"I made a t-shirt that said 'Hot Mess Express' in honor of Cameran [Eubanks] and I made [a] 'Craig Is My Lawyer' [shirt] in 'honor' of Craig [Conover] and I went over to Cameran's and we took a picture and she posted it and I posted it — and I don't want to get into specifics but the amount of sales is outrageous," he shared, noting he had to order more to keep up with the demand. "It's crazy. So that's doing great, too."

And, Shep is always dreaming up more items that he thinks fans will get a kick out of. "The hats [which launched in 2016] are selling. The next idea, maybe, is a Michael [the butler] inspired t-shirt. Wouldn't that be funny? Just like maybe the back of his head, with a martini glass and a tray, [saying] 'It's time for your medicine,' or something. Would you buy that?"

While Michael seems to be the perfect inspiration for a t-shirt, don't expect his longtime employer, Patricia Altschul, to get a shirt anytime soon. Shep noted, "I would be very cautious to do a Patricia t- shirt."

Check out what's next for Shep every Thursday on Southern Charm at 9/8c. Preview, below.
