Tracy Tutor Just Announced Some *Major* Career News In "a New Era"
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate agent has entered a new chapter in her real estate career.
Tracy Tutor has officially entered "a new era" in her real estate career. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate agent has been selling homes in both California and Texas and is continuing to do so with a brand-new brokerage firm.
Tracy took to her Instagram account on Tuesday, Jan. 7 where she announced that her real estate group, Tracy Tutor Team, has left Douglas Elliman to join Compass which is "the largest residential real estate brokerage in the US by sales volume." This is "a new era" for Tracy, who took to the caption of the post, where she shared her excitement for this new chapter.
"My brand has always been rooted in innovation & growth, and joining Compass aligns with our vision for the future," she wrote. "This partnership will not only enhance our team's ability to serve clients in CA and TX, but also enable us to expand our reach into new markets, elevate our capabilities, and continue setting the standard in the luxury real estate industry. Thank you all for your continued support! Here's to a new era of success at the Tracy Tutor Team."
The Compass group is just as excited to have Tracy on board. "Tracy's decision to join Compass is a testament to the strength of our platform and ability to attract top talent in the industry...together, we'll reimagine what's possible in the luxury real estate space," Compass CEO and founder Robert Reffkin said in a statement, posted to Tracy's Instagram feed.

Tracy is following in Josh Flagg's footsteps, who also left Douglas Elliman for Compass in March 2024. "I am excited to share that I have navigated to Compass, the number one brokerage in the United States," he wrote in an Instagram statement at the time. "With the solutions-driven mindset of a startup and the sophistication of a luxury brand, Compass aligns with the standard in which I conduct my business. I'm thrilled for the future."
Tracy Tutor looks back on her big 2024
If 2024 was any indication of how big 2025 is going to be, this is going to be a good year for Tracy and the Tracy Tutor Team. The real estate agent took to Instagram on Jan. 1, where she posted a video filled with snapshots of gorgeous homes sold throughout the past year.
She expressed her gratitude for the previous year in the caption of the post. "As we wrap up 2024, the Tracy Tutor Team and I are feeling all kinds of grateful," she wrote. "To those who trusted us with your dreams, thank you for being part of our journey. To those who continue to stand by us, your unwavering support means the world. Whether you worked with us to find your dream home, tackled a big move, or simply cheered us on from afar, we couldn't have done it without you."

Before she entered this "new era" in her career, Tracy entered a new era with her look. Tracy took to Instagram on Dec. 4, where she posted a photo of her with super long blonde hair and side-swept bangs, along with a chocolate brown outfit.
"In my chocolate era," she wrote in the caption of the post.
