The Fans Have Spoken: These Are the Top 5 Most Iconic Bravo Moments of 2024
Yes, it was actually 2024 when Heather Gay's "Receipts! Proof! Timelines! Screenshots!" line went viral.
There's always something eventful going on in the Bravosphere, but 2024 was particularly wild: surprise pregnancies, emotional engagements, shocking breakups, dramatic fashion ... even mind-boggling Photoshop fails. So, we asked fans to vote for the top five Bravo moments of the year, and wow, did they deliver.
The results were unveiled on Bravo Bravo F’ing Bravo with Kate Chastain, which is a new live, interactive Bravo Insider original series featuring conversations with your favorite Bravolebrities. (Right now, it's currently available online to select Bravo Insiders. But you can add yourself to the Bravo Insider wait list to be the first to know when we open up availability to watch and participate live in the digital show.) But don't worry if you missed host Kate Chastain counting down the most iconic moments of Bravo in 2024, as selected by the fans. See what made the top five — and why — in the video, above.
5. Teresa Giudice's Photoshop Fail
The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice just wanted to show a little love to a Housewife from another franchise, but her method was ... unorthodox, to say the least. Teresa shouted out The Real Housewives of Miami's Larsa Pippen for her birthday, celebrating her with an Instagram post that featured a photo of the two posing together on a beach. You didn't have to look closely, though, to see the Photoshop wasn't, ahem, her finest work. (Typically, people on the beach leave footprints in the sand, for one.)
4. Lindsay Hubbard's Pregnancy News
Lindsay Hubbard was part of one of Bravo's most surprising moments in 2023 when she and Summer House castmate Carl Radke called off their engagement just weeks before their wedding. But Lindsay had even bigger, more shocking news to reveal come 2024: In July, she announced she was expecting a child with her new boyfriend, and she gave birth to daughter Gemma in December 2024. Summer should be fun ... and there's nothing more fun than bouncing back so dramatically after heartbreak.
3. Mercedes "MJ" Javid Becomes a Meme on The Traitors
The Traitors is all about deception, but the Peacock competition series, which featured a plethora of Bravolebs in its second season, is also beloved for its campy sense of humor. One of the most laugh-out-loud moments on Season 2 came when Shahs of Sunset's Mercedes "MJ" Javid tried to interrupt a group of schemers in the Scottish castle, only to be told to immediately leave the room. Her stunned reaction at being unceremoniously kicked out led to a priceless meme.
2. "Receipts! Proof! Timelines! Screenshots!"
Heather Gay's comeback to The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City's Monica Garcia went so viral, even the White House has quoted her. In the RHOSLC Season 4 finale, Heather unveiled Monica's true identity to the rest of the ladies, exposing her for being behind an Instagram account that had targeted the Housewives. The reveal on its own was shocking, but the way Heather spelled it out so dramatically made it an instantly iconic moment.
1. Big Changes Came for the Vanderpump Rules World, Including a Reboot for Season 12 and a Major Divorce
It was all happening for Vanderpump Rules in 2024. First, Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright revealed they were breaking up in the beginning of the year, with The Valley crew picking up cameras to document their shocking split for Season 1. And while Jax may still be a "work in progress," as he's told Andy Cohen over the years, the rest of the Vanderpump Rules cast is moving on. In November, it was announced the show will return for Season 12, but with a whole new group of SURvers — and potentially a new number one guy in the group.
