Andy Cohen Teases "Shifting" Friendships in Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Orange County
"It's almost like last season didn't happen," the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host said.
When Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, and Shannon Beador hugged it out at The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 12 reunion, we didn't know what the future held for the on-again, off-again friends. But cut to the release of the RHOC Season 13 trailer last week (clip above), and it appears that the trio is giving friendship another shot.
What's more, it appears that reunion-stopping embrace may have even erased much of last season's drama. Andy Cohen, who had a front-row seat to that hug at last season's RHOC reunion and who serves as an executive producer on the series, recently gave The Daily Dish a taste of what we can expect in the upcoming season. "The O.C. season is phenomenal. It's almost like last season didn't happen, to be honest with you," he said. "Vicki, Tamra, and Shannon start the season in a way better place, and it's for real."
But with two new ladies, Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson, joining the bunch next season, anything is possible in the O.C., Andy teased. "The two new Housewives are fantastic," he said. "And I think you'll see some shifting in alliances that will surprise you."
As if we weren't already excited enough for the return of RHOC, Andy's tantalizing comments have basically made the wait for the new season unbearable.
Alas, Season 13 of RHOC will be here soon enough when it premieres on Monday, July 16 at 9/8c. Until then, find out what's new with Shannon and her daughters, below.
