This Is How Denise Richards Will Handle The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, According to Jerry O'Connell

Could you imagine if one of your good friends suddenly became a Real Housewife? That has become a reality for Jerry O'Connell.
Denise Richards, who is good friends with Jerry and his wife, Rebecca Romijn, will be the newest addition to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills when it returns for Season 9, as you've definitely heard (unless you live under a rock or something). Though everyone from The Real Housewives of New York City's Sonja Morgan to ex Charlie Sheen has expressed their joy over Denise joining the RHOBH squad, no one is more excited about the news than Jerry. "First of all, we're so excited because we know Denise Richards personally. I can't explain it. I said it before: It's almost like having gone to college with Barack Obama, and then he becomes president, and you're like, 'Yo, that's my friend up there! That's my friend who's president!'" Jerry gushed during an interview with The Daily Dish earlier this month. "I can text someone who's on [The] Real Housewives of Beverly Hills now. It's a real exciting moment for my wife and I."
Jerry added that he knows Denise is "gonna be great" on the show. The host of Bravo's Play by Play also had some words of wisdom for his friend on hanging out with the 90210 bunch after his years of watching The Real Housewives. "We said stick by your friend Lisa Rinna, and if anyone pushes you around to not take it, to fight back," he shared.
Well, hopefully there won't be too much drama coming Denise's way this season of RHOBH. Her fellow Beverly Hills Housewives have had such glowing reviews of her so far, at least. In addition to her friendship with Lisa Rinna, who helped convince her to join RHOBH, Denise said that she admires the camaraderie among all of the ladies. "They’re a strong group of women with strong opinions, and I love that and I respect that," Denise told Extra about joining RHOBH in August. "I think at the end of the day, no matter what goes on between all of them, they are there for each other and support each other, and I think that is really wonderful.”
