What's Hiding Behind These Bravolebs' Smiles?
A dental expert decodes the smiles of #RHOC's Tamra and more, and reveals what they're really trying to say.
It's widely known that you can tell a lot about what a person is thinking or feeling by reading their body language, but did you know that personality traits can also be revealed through a smile? Dr. Jonathan B. Levine, a prosthodontist, oral health expert, and founder of GLO Science, believes a person's smile says way more about them than their words do. Below, he decodes some of Bravolebs' biggest mega-watt smiles.
1. Tamra Judge
"Tamra has an enlightened smile," says Dr. Levine. "Tamra's smile lights up the room and her intelligence, curiosity, and analytical nature reveal themselves through her mega-watt grin."
2. Thomas Ravenel
Of the Southern Charmer, Dr. Levine says: "[Thomas] has a mysterious smile. His lips are being forced to cover the smile, which indicates to me that he's hiding something: his teeth!"
3. Porsha Williams
"[Porsha] has a confident smile. She's almost saying to herself, 'I love my smile.' She's dominant, sexy, and her broad, wide smile reflects that."
4. Ryan Serhant
Dr. Levine describes the Million Dollar Listing New York agent as having a perky smile. "His lips go way up, giving us a big reveal. His smile seems to say, 'I'm ready to engage and listen,' which is probably why he's such a successful broker!"
5. Kate Chastain
Apparently the yachtie has a cautious smile. "Much like her personality on Below Deck, Kate's smile seems to be holding something back," Dr. Levine says. "You'll see she's holding the lips down in her smile. Her smile reveals that she might be misunderstood by people."
