Gia Giudice stuns in a bright red cutout dress
On January 26, Gia hopped on her Instagram page to pose next to a chic white couch and mantel. In the photo, Gia donned a gorgeous, deep red halter dress that featured several cutouts that exposed her midriff region. The ankle-length, curve-hugging sheath also featured red rose embellishments around the top and midriff area, giving the dress an extra romantic touch.
"[R]ed hot," Gia captioned the post, where she also rocked lightly tousled, glossy brunette locks with glimmers of natural highlights.
Proud mom Teresa was sure to celebrate her eldest daughter in the post, commenting with three red heart emojis.
Gia Giudice does pilates for her morning workout
In addition to showing off stunning fashion looks on her Instagram page, Gia also shares her adorable workout outfits from time to time — along with her grueling workout routines.
In her Instagram Stories shared earlier in January, Gia posted a photo of herself at a pilates reformer class, timestamped at 7:03 a.m.
For the occasion, the Rutgers University grad pulled back her hair in a ponytail and was dressed in an all-black outfit and dark manicure to match.
Gia Giudice shares the details of her "full body workout"
In the video clip you can watch above, Gia shares more about her workout habits. "I am crazy with Orange Theory right now," she says. "I go to Orange Theory like five days a week. It's like my new kick. And I recently just got a personal trainer. She's like a life coach, nutritionist, personal trainer."
Moreover, in a video shared in October 2023, the New Jersey native spilled more details about how she stays fit, taking her followers through her "full body workout," which begins with a mile-long run on the treadmill.
Elsewhere in the workout:bridges with a dumbbell and resistance band, arm presses, an "ab burnout" that featured lower ab crunches with a small medicine ball, side ab crunches, and a "final burnout finisher" which involved quick arm pulls and a fast run on the treadmill.
