Teresa Giudice Will Serve as Matron of Honor at Danielle Staub's Upcoming Wedding
Longtime RHONJ fans would never have predicted this eight seasons ago.
Teresa Giudice and Danielle Staub's friendship has grown a lot over the years. Their days of screaming at each other and flipping tables seem to be far behind them. In Season 8, fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey observed this surprising friendship between former adversaries bloom and flourish. Viewers even saw Teresa apologize to Danielle's youngest daughter, Jillian, for the name-calling she'd witnessed. It's been peace, love, friendship, and sunshine.
Even given their newfound friendship, viewers may still have been surprised to learn that Danielle was including Teresa in her upcoming wedding party when it was revealed during The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Secrets Revealed episode (moment above). When Teresa stopped by The Daily Dish podcast, she talked about her role in the wedding.
"Yeah, she asked me to be her maid of honor," Teresa said on the podcast. That's right, Teresa will play the role of matron of honor alongside Danielle's two daughters who will also be maids of honor.
Three maids/matrons of honor may seem like a lot, but according to Teresa, the many-times-engaged Danielle is indulging in a large wedding party. "Yeah, I heard that the bridal party is huge," Teresa revealed.
So who else is in this massive wedding party? According to Danielle, other bridesmaids will include fellow Jersey 'Wives Margaret Josephs and Melissa Gorga.
