Teresa Giudice Reveals Huge Update on Her Family's Restaurant Plans: "I'm Looking to..."
The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom of four has some big career plans for the future involving her family.
Teresa Giudice is cooking up some very big plans for 2025. The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom of four and published cookbook author loves cooking almost as much as she loves her family. So, it shouldn't come as a surprise that she has found a way to combine her skills in the kitchen with her love for her blended family that she has with her husband, Luis "Louie" Ruelas.
Teresa appeared on the podcast, All About TRH, on New Year's Eve, where she revealed an update on her plans to open a restaurant and that she is currently in the "negotiation" process of opening up her own eatery. "I'm looking to open up a restaurant," she explained. "Oh yes."
The proud Italian is filled with family recipes, but, she revealed on the podcast that the restaurant would have a "Mediterranean" theme, combining her love of Greece and Italy. "I love Greece," she admitted. "So it's going to be fun when you walk in."

But, Teresa will not be doing this alone. During the podcast, she explained that her oldest daughter, Gia Giudice, would help play a major role in this. "Gia would help also," she said. "We get along so good."
Two of her daughters — Gabriella and Milania Giudice — are currently in college, and her youngest daughter, Audriana Giudice, is in high school. But, Teresa said that they would also play a role in helping out with the restaurant, in addition to her two stepsons. "Maybe the other girls would help also and little Louie," she noted. "So me and the kids, mostly, yeah."

In an October 2024 interview with The Daily Dish, Teresa revealed that she was still looking for the perfect space for the new business. "I'm in the process of doing that, so it's...actively looking at places," she said. "I'm hoping to lock it in before the end of the year, but I'm working on it."
Teresa also opened up about possibly having Gia involved. "Gia will be helping. She would want to work there and also help me. And the girls, too. So it'd be like, me and the girls."
This has been a longtime dream for her, she explained. "I've always wanted to open a restaurant and finally now, I'm like, you know what, I'm gonna do it."

In addition to opening up her own restaurant, Teresa revealed on the podcast that she wants "new doors to open" for her in 2025. "Hopefully, new things are going to come on the horizon," she said. "I feel like I definitely want to do that."
"And just always keep pushing myself," she continued. She also revealed that writing a new book could be in the plans, too. "I want to do another memoir or another cookbook."
