As fans are aware, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member has a passion for whipping up some traditional Italian cuisine at her Garden State home. Teresa’s love for cooking expands the borders of her home as she is an author of cookbooks and has a YouTube channel where she prepares gourmet dishes.

What’s more, Teresa enjoys cooking so much that she even spent some time in the kitchen while serving her 11-month sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut. She revealed as much during a recent appearance on the Hollywood Raw podcast.

As for what dishes the Turning the Tables author would prepare, she noted that it depended on “whatever was on the menu” at the time. Teresa also shared one of her "favorite" snacks for breakfast every day was a “banana nut muffin.”

The RHONJ ‘Wife enjoyed the sweet treat so much that she got “mad” when they ran out of them.

Teresa Giudice shares how she started doing yoga

Cooking wasn’t the only activity Teresa turned to help find serenity while in prison. She also began doing yoga, which taught her how to be "about the Namaste” lifestyle.

"When I went to jail, that’s when I started doing yoga," she revealed during a March 2023 interview with Reality Blurb. "I just had to get my mind space clear because I was really upset that I was taken away from my daughters. So that's when I started doing it... And when I came out of jail, I got certified in yoga because I loved it so much."

When the temperatures were warm enough for Teresa to go outside, she would practice yoga there.

"I was at a camp facility, so we were able to go outside. And that’s one thing I have to say, the grounds were so beautiful... and I would find a place and [meditate] there..." she continued. "When it was spring and summer, [I'd meditate] in the grass."
