Teresa Giudice Defends Calling Prison ‘Camp’

Following her release from the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn. in 2015, Teresa Giudice would often refer to the institution as "camp" and not "prison." She defended using the term on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen back in August 2016 (clip above). Now, however, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom is sharing more about that word choice in her memoir Standing Strong, out today, in an exclusive excerpt from the audio version of the book.

As for what might surprise readers most when they do flip through the pages, well, Teresa explained that her openness and candidness about her marriage to Joe Giudice, who is currently serving a 41-month prison sentence, may come as a shock, as she explains in the clip below.
