Tabatha Coffey's Celebrity Hair Hits and Miss

With the Oscars upon us, who better to weigh in on red carpet hair hits and misses than our Tabatha Coffey? She shared her favorite follicle trends with US Weekly recently... Patti Stanger, you may want to cover your eyes and ears for this. "I love all the redheads. It's great to see pops of color [on the red carpet] again," Tabatha tells UsWeekly in sheer disagreement of Patti's anti-ginger stance. "We've seen blondes for so long and -- although I'm partial to a blonde -- it's nice to see a striking redhead and brunette actually hit the carpet. So I love seeing more vibrant colors and seeing these gorgeous, luscious reds. It’s very old Hollywood."

Another tresses trend securing the Tabatha Takes Over powerhouse's nod of approval is ombre colors. "I think they look absolutely amazing. It's a great way to add dimension to the hair," she continues. But an even better bonus? "It’s also really cost-effective for all you ladies out there because you don't need to get your roots retouched as often."

But, alas, not all recent red carpet looks are worthy of letting your hair down. "I love sexy, tousled, feminine looking hair, but make it look that way," the Aussie business saver says. "I saw a lot of celebrities sporting hair that looked like they just rolled out of bed and it wasn’t sexy; it just looked like bad bed hair and that has to stop."
