Kyle Cooke Explains Why He Made That Birthday Speech

Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula have definitely dealt with more than a few ups and downs in their relationship over the years. In addition to the stresses of trying to plan a wedding over the course of their three-year engagement and the drama in the Hamptons we've seen unfold between the Summer House couple during Season 6, Kyle and Amanda's relationship issues took front and center once again in the recent February 28 episode.

After Amanda found out from her Summer House roommates that Kyle had told Danielle Olivera about feeling as though he didn't have anything "in common" with Amanda aside from their drink company, Loverboy, Kyle was met with concerns from some of the Summer House cast members, including Paige DeSorbo, Ciara Miller, and Mya Allen, about his relationship with Amanda and their forthcoming wedding.

Kyle had a lot to say on the matter at his 39th birthday party, and he took the opportunity to do just that in an exclusive first look courtesy of Bravo Insider.

In the above preview of the upcoming March 7 episode of Summer House, Kyle shares his thoughts on his friends' opinions regarding his relationship with Amanda. And he does this with a speech at his birthday party. 

“There has been a lot of opinions, there has been some doubt. At this point, I don’t need the peanut gallery," Kyle says in the preview clip, above, going on to add, "I need people rallying, not questioning."

Kyle's speech does not go over well with Amanda, who later tells Kyle, "That was just weird." But Kyle doesn't hold back from expressing the reasons why he felt it necessary to speak his mind.

Kyle gives an explanation to several friends at his birthday party, including Carl Radke, and Amanda also opens up more with how she feels about Kyle's response, which you can check out in the Bravo Insider video, above.
