Does Stephanie Hollman Regret Writing That Blog That Ended Her Friendship with Brandi Redmond?
The #RHOD mom explained what she was really trying to say in her controversial post.
We finally found something that could threaten to tear BFFs Brandi Redmond and Stephanie Hollman apart: a Bravotv.com blog.
That's what Brandi pointed to as the source of her rift with Stephanie in the Season 2 premiere of The Real Housewives of Dallas. Brandi shared that she was hurt that Stephanie would go behind her back and talk about her marriage in one of her Bravotv.com blogs written during last season of RHOD.
But Stephanie explained on Twitter during the season premiere that Brandi misinterpreted her blog post. She said she wasn't criticizing her marriage but how her friend's family party turned out last season due in part to how her husband Travis Hollman and Brandi's husband Bryan Redmond behaved. "I was embarrassed my husband was involved & Brandis night didnt go as she hoped," she tweeted.
Stephanie went on to say that neither she nor her marriage is perfect, and she doesn't pretend that it is that way.
Even though Stephanie's blog post led to some major drama between her and Brandi, she said on Twitter that she wouldn't have done anything differently. "I don’t regret what I said," Stephanie tweeted. "My heart broke for her that the party didn’t go as planned and that my husband had a part in that."
However, the RHOD mom said that she wished others had stayed out of what was going on between her and Brandi and thanked Cary Deuber for doing so, as well as for being there for her during her time of need.
If you thought it was difficult to watch this breakup between two onetime besties, just think how Stephanie felt reliving this challenging time.
Luckily, Stephanie received a lot of support from fans, for which she expressed her gratitude on Twitter.
