Sonja Morgan Looks Back on One of RHONY’s Big Feuds Between Bethenny and Carole: “That’s Much Deeper”
The Real Housewives of New York City party girl addresses some of Season 10’s biggest moments.
Bethenny Frankel and Carole Radziwill have been at odds during all of Season 10 of The Real Housewives of New York City, and they've both appeared confused at times as to why and how it got so tense between these two. What is happening? What is behind all the fighting? Turns out, there may be more that viewers haven't seen.
"That's much deeper," Sonja Morgan told Daryn Carp backstage at Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. "And that's much scarier because they also are very close friends and they're not voicing what the real reason is."
So what's the real reason?
"Carole's just not into Bethenny anymore," Sonja revealed. "And that hurts; that's sad ... I think that Bethenny's very hurt. That's just me."
As RHONY fans know, these friendships tend to change with the tide, like when they all had the infamous boat ride from hell in Columbia.
"I was hugging Ramona Singer like she was my best and only friend," she joked. "I saw Carole and Bethenny holding on to each other; it meant a lot to me ... I thought that when we got off the boat, everything would be over when I saw that."
That feeling may be fleeting now, but that doesn't mean all hope is lost. In the meantime, Sonja is still in search of the perfect relationship — a romantic relationship, that is.
"I don't care about religion," she told Daryn of her ideal guy. "I like nice, has their own friends, has their own life. I would like him to already have been in a relationship and have kids already. I don't want to start kids again."
