Here's How Shep Rose Is Using His Shep Gear Collection to Assist with Hurricane Florence Relief Efforts
The Southern Charm T-shirt designer is putting his gear to good use.
In the wake of Hurricane Florence, South Carolina native Shep Rose is getting involved with relief efforts — and he's using his design skills to do so. On September 18, the Southern Charm bachelor took to Instagram to share an image of the newest T-shirts in his Shep Gear collection, along with their touching backstory.
The charcoal-grey t-shirt features an outline of North Carolina and South Carolina on the back, along with the slogan: "Carolinas on my mind." On the front of the shirt, a simple pineapple speared by an arrow — which is a symbol of Carolina hospitality — appears.
In his caption, Shep explained: "As you know the Carolinas suffered a lot of damage from Hurricane Florence. As much as [I] love my home state of South Carolina, [I] also have tremendous affection for [our] northern neighbor. So many friends and memories. The Carolinas have the most beautiful places with the best people that I’ve ever found in this world. So...I’ve made this shirt for [Shep Gear] and I’m sending the proceeds to hurricane Relief."
