Shannon Storms Beador is taking self-quarantine and social distancing to the next level. Not only has The Real Housewives of Orange County mom quickly adapted to the changes, but she also revealed some exclusive information about how she plans to keep herself and her family healthy during this time.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

The proud businesswoman sent a special update to Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on St. Patrick's Day and rocked a festive shamrock sweatsuit for the occasion. She explained her self-quarantine situation on camera for Andy Cohen and the world to see.

In the video above, Shannon says, "Hey, Watch What Happens Live and Andy. Top of the mornin' to ya on this St. Patrick's Day quarantine day. I hope that everyone is staying healthy, washing their hands, and staying at home, like I've been doing with my family — but I've decided to take it a step further."

She turns to some shelves behind her and explains, "I realized that I had these cool shelves in my home, so I decided to create a coronavirus immunity wall. And Archie has been patiently sitting here with me as I went through all my supplements and I picked out the things that I thought would help keep my family and I strong."

The mom of three adds, "I want to point out one thing to you, and it's not for immunity, it's for the head and it's called Rescue Remedy."

Shannon explained that the supplement helped her calm down after she couldn't track down any toilet paper and had to buy napkins as an alternative. She revealed that keeping calm is so important during this time and that she and her daughters have actually seen the positive side of what's going on.

She continues the video, saying, "I'm staying at home and I'm spending time with my family. And oh yeah! We're whipping board games out. That never happens in my house with teenage daughters. We're watching movies together! And we're cooking together. The kids are helping with the dishes!? I mean, there are some positive things that are going on here, and for me, that's important to find the one positive out of all this scary negative."

Well said, Shannon!
