Mark's friendship with Andy is a family affair. During his most recent WWHL appearance on March 4 with wife, Kelly Ripa, Andy revealed that Mark and Kelly's son, Michael Consuelos, has been a story producer on some Bravo shows. "He is so quiet about his work on those shows," Kelly said. "Something about an NDA...," Mark joked.
But one thing that Kelly, Mark, and Andy have been very vocal about is their friendship with one another.

Andy took to his Instagram Story this weekend, where he shared a very sweet, shirtless photo of him and Mark, chilling out on a boat while wearing sunglasses. Both men look tanned and very happy to be on the water, which is the least that you could ask for.
"Happy Birthday [Mark Consuelos!]," Andy wrote over the throwback picture of the two of them together.
Kelly Ripa on Her & Mark Consuelos' Friendship with Andy Cohen
In a 2017 essay for Variety, Kelly opened up about the very first time she and Mark met Andy at a Christmas party in New York "many years ago." "Andy was concerned that Mark and I didn't have any friends our own age," she wrote. "He was certain all of our friends were much older and volunteered to 'sacrifice' himself and become our friend. We assured him that not only were most of our friends our age, but we had many mutual friends, and the fact that we hadn't met before was just actually plain weird to us."
That friendship continued, spanning over the years to a relationship that is so strong between all three of them. "I can honestly say that the Andy Cohen that people have become so familiar with is the very same Andy Cohen I met so many years ago at that party," Kelly added.
