Revisit Scheana Shay's Relationships (and Flings) Through the Years
Look back at the Vanderpump Rules OG's romances, from her Bravoleb hook-ups to husband Brock Davies.
Over the years, Vanderpump Rules cast member Scheana Shay has blessed Bravo viewers with so, so much. From her music career (though she didn't say if that album is coming soon, Scheana told fans at BravoCon 2023 that she has a new single in the works) to iconic one-liners, the California native is always living it up for the cameras and isn't shy about sharing the good (as gold), the bad, and the downright painful with cameras.
Now happily married with the cutest daughter, it's fair to say things have ultimately worked out for Scheana in the relationship department — but it hasn't always been that way.
If you need a refresher, here's a look back at Scheana's relationship history since Season 1 of Vanderpump Rules. (Plus a short time before, because we'd be remiss not to mention her experience with Eddie Cibrian.)
Scheana Shay's Relationship with Eddie Cibrian
Would Vanderpump Rules be the same if it hadn't been for a young Scheana's affair with Eddie Cibrian, who had been married to a cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills at the time? That's how we met Scheana, as the series famously kicked off with the SURver being confronted by the former Housewife.
Eddie dated Scheana in 2006, about three years before he and his then-wife announced their divorce. (Eddie also had an affair with now-wife LeAnn Rimes.)
"He wrecked his own home," Scheana said of Eddie in a January 2020 tweet. "I was a single 21 year old who met a cute actor in LA."
Scheana Shay and Mike Shay's Marriage
During the early days of VPR, Scheana was dating and then got engaged to Mike Shay. (The proposal took place at Lisa Vanderpump's house in Season 2 Episode 12.)
While the pair's July 2014 wedding gave us iconic moments like Scheana's Season 3 crop top wedding dress, the marriage ultimately fizzled out, with the couple announcing their divorce in November 2016.

“Shay and I did split amicably. We put out a joint statement. It just wasn't working anymore on either end," she told The Daily Dish in January 2017. "We just decided instead of going for a legal separation or trying to continue therapy, we both agreed it wasn't right. And, hopefully one day we can be friends. You never know what the future holds. But it just was a situation that needed to end before the holidays, before the new year."
Season 4 of Vanderpump Rules touched on Mike's struggles with substance abuse, which partially led to the couple's split.
Scheana Shay's Relationship with Rob Valletta
Following her divorce, Scheana dated soap opera star Rob Valletta. Well, she'd actually dated him years before, but they reconnected in 2017. During their second time together, Rob appeared on Vanderpump Rules, where he famously hung a television on the wall in seven minutes. The pair also discussed having a daughter they considered naming Madison Marie Parks-Valletta.
Still, the romance didn't last: The pair splitting in the fall of 2017, after which Scheana moved to Las Vegas to star in the show Sex Tips for Straight Women from a Gay Man.
Five years after their breakup, Rob appeared on Scheana's podcast, "Scheananigans with Scheana Shay," to talk about the painful end of their relationship.
“I just didn’t do the work. You’re dealing with someone who was immature emotionally, immature communication-wise, immature as a man,” he said in December 2022. “I can’t look back and change anything, I can just move forward and say, ‘OK, hey, like, expect better.'"
Scheana Shay's Relationship with Robby Hayes
In early 2018, rumors began to swirl that Scheana was dating The Bachelorette's Robby Hayes.
Over a year later, Scheana revealed that the pair were, in fact, neighbors who liked to make out every so often.
Scheana Shay's Relationship with Adam Spott
Finally, we get to the penguin.
For a while in 2018, Scheana spent a lot of time dancing around the question of if she was dating SUR barback (and her best friend) Adam Spott.
“You just have to watch next season. We’re always together. He’s my favorite person to be with," she told Us Weekly in September 2018. “I don’t even know if we know … We’re hanging out. Yeah, but he’s still my best friend.”
As it turned out, there was some romance between the pair, and a Season 7 storyline revolved around Adam's jealousy when Scheana slept with a model. To win him back, Scheana gave him "the thing he loves more than anything in the world" and adopted a penguin in his name.
Scheana Shay and Brock Davies' Marriage
A match made in music festival heaven, Scheana met personal trainer Brock Davies in 2019. Just months later, the pair jetted off to Brock's native Australia and Bali on vacation. They confirmed their relationship during BravoCon in November 2019, and have been in love ever since.
In April 2021, the duo welcomed their daughter, Summer Moon Honey Davies. After the little girl's birth, the two got engaged. They later wed in front of the Vanderpump Rules cameras in August 2022 — though they'd already had a small, secret wedding about a year earlier, which Scheana revealed during Season 10.

"We wanted to celebrate our love privately. We share a child together, we live together, so with the green card and all that, I was like, 'Let's get it going. I want to marry you.' It was nice to have that little secret for us because we didn't get married for anyone other than us," she shared.
Scheana Shay's Other Bravo Romances
Scheana Shay and Carl Radke
In April 2019, Scheana told Andy Cohen that she and the Summer House cast member had locked lips. The hookup took place at Carl's apartment, and Scheana said the pair "rounded third base."
Scheana Shay and Shep Rose
Scheana revealed in April 2023 that she and Southern Charm cast member Shep Rose had a "little fling" once upon a time, going so far as to hook up (but not sleep together) in 2018.
"It was a blip in time,” she said on her “Scheananigans” podcast.
Scheana Shay and Nema Vand
Scheana also confessed to a romance with Shahs of Sunset cast member Nema Vand.
"It was about a little more than a year ago... about six dates," she said of the romance during an April 2020 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, noting the fling lasted only a couple of months. "And I just wasn't in the place to be in a relationship. I was going through all of the Adam stuff. I had just frozen my eggs."
After adding that Nema wanted more from the relationship, Scheana said she would introduce him to anyone worth his time.
"I think he's amazing, absolutely amazing," she said. "We actually never slept together. It didn't get that far. It was very PG."
