All About Scheana Shay’s Three Engagement Rings from Brock Davies and Mike Shay
Did you know the Vanderpump Rules cast member no longer wears her original engagement ring from her husband?
Scheana Shay has gotten engaged and married twice on Vanderpump Rules:first to Mike Shay, whom she wed in 2014 and divorced in 2017; and now to Brock Davies, with whom she tied the knot in 2022 and shares daughter Summer Moon Honey Davies.
Of course, there’s a lot of bling to go with those unions. Scheana has actually had three engagement rings — one from Shay (who goes by his last name) and two from Brock.
Brock Davies proposed to Scheana Shay with a 12-carat pink morganite ring
In July of 2021, Brock popped the question with a massive 12-carat pink morganite engagement ring and Scheana, naturally, said “yes."
The gorgeous engagement ring was crafted by the Vanderpump Rules cast's go-to jeweler, Kyle Chan (whom you may recognize as Tom Sandoval’s friend Kyle from Season 11).
On his feed at the time, Chan shared more details about the rectangular, cushion-cut ring. At 12.74 carats, the center stone is a rare pink morganite; the band is 14-karat white gold with diamonds.
"This gem also possesses a rare fancy pink reflect with insane fire," Chan wrote. "Morganite is all about Divine Love. Pure and simple, it is representative of unconditional love."
Why did Scheana Shay start wearing a diamond band before her wedding?
In January 2022, Scheana addressed fan questions about why she was wearing a diamond band next to her engagement ring before her August 2022 wedding.
"For those wondering about my band, I had Kyle Chan Design make me a simple diamond band that I can wear every day because my [engagement] ring is a little too big to wear 24/7 but I always want a representation of our love on my finger." she explained in her Instagram Stories. "It also helps keep the engagement ring in place because I have tiny fingers."
She noted that once she and Brock got married, she planned to add yet another band to her ring finger.

Of course, after watching Scheana’s wedding in Season 10, VPR fans now know that Scheana had in fact already married Brock in secret about a year before their public nuptials, which means she was actually married at the time she made the comments about her diamond band — which she admitted in the episode was really their wedding band.
“I’ve been wearing my wedding band for a while now… because we’ve been married for a while now,” Scheana told her bridesmaids during the episode, much to their surprise.
Scheana Shay and Brock Davies replaced her morganite engagement ring with a diamond ring
After their August 2022 wedding, Us Weekly reported in September 2022 that Scheana traded in the morganite engagement ring for a 4-carat diamond wedding band, which was a wedding gift from Brock.
For this design, Brock worked with jeweler Ring Come True on bringing the emerald-cut sparkler — which sits on a diamond-studded band — to life.
Mike Shay proposed to Scheana with a princess-cut diamond engagement ring
Scheana and Mike actually went looked for her engagement ring together together.
"We went ring shopping together at a place back home in Covina called Constantine Creations — a family-owned business and good friend of the Shay family," she told The Daily Dish in 2014. "Robert and Paul Avila designed my ring from scratch with Shay's input and help."
She continued: “I was specific in that I wanted a thin band with a princess cut diamond in a halo setting."
Still, Scheana didn’t know every detail of the ring ahead of the big day. "What Shay surprised me with was the diamonds in the halo setting were from a ring my dad had given my mom when I was born and she saved for a special occasion such as this!" she said at the time. "Knowing I have part of my mom's ring just made my engagement ring that much more special!"
