Scheana Looks Back at her Wedding: "Everything Was Perfect Until the Day Of"
The #PumpRules star reveals what she would've changed about her big day & gives advice to soon-to-be brides.
As we saw last season on Vanderpump Rules, there were some tense moments during Scheana Shay's wedding. Although she wrote her in blog that it ended up being “perfect,” the SURver is now taking a look back on her special day and admitting there are still some regrets. And the biggest thing probably won’t surprise you.
”I would've hired a different coordinator who could've done her job,” Scheana tells wedding site Colin Cowie Weddings. “It was completely chill and put together for months leading up to the Big Day because my mom and I planned the whole thing. Everything was perfect until the day of because the coordinator we hired for that day did not have it together all the way and clearly bit off more than she could chew.”
Stressful parts aside, Scheana has too many favorite moments from the big day to choose from. “I can’t just pick one,” she says. “Top five would be, the first look at each other when I walked down the aisle; our personal vows; the kiss, obviously; our first dance; the father and daughter dance.” So sweet!
As for advice for women who are in the middle of planning their own perfect wedding? “Just breathe!” she says. “Remember that this day is all about the love between you and your husband. Nothing else matters!”
