Rosie Pope prides herself on being open with her fans and knowing how to get moms ready for the big day, so with the impending birth of her third child, she's taking those traits to the next level with plans to live-tweet before and during labor.

Despite being about-to-burst pregnant, Rosie's been working up to the very last minute -- and has been on the go since she started her successful maternity business. She braved her way through a Today segment on Thursday morning, causing host Ann Curry to say "I think you deserve a medal for being here today" due to her sheer pregnant-ness. Curry also joked that it was her baby's first television appearance.
