When Stefanie Fair Records with Her Hubby, It's Actually Super Adorable

There Goes the Motherhood's Stefanie Fair is busy raising four children these days, but way back in the '90s and early 2000s, she was chasing her pop superstar dreams in the girl group Wild Orchid.
You may have heard of Stefanie's bandmate Fergie, who went on to find mega-success in the music industry with the Black Eyed Peas and with her own solo career. But as we've seen this season of There Goes the Motherhood, Stefanie has been reluctant to get back into the music biz after her Wild Orchid days since she said the group didn't achieve the level of success they hoped for.
But when you're married to a famous music exec and producer like Ron Fair, who wants his uber-talented wife to shine, you're not going to be able to hide your voice from the world for long. Ron encouraged Stefanie to get back into the recording booth earlier this season of There Goes the Motherhood, and she did so with amazing results.
Stefanie's soulful new single "Better Version of Me" will be available June 8, and you can get a little sneak peek of how she and Ron put it all together in the above behind-the-scenes video of their recording session.
In the clip, Ron coaches Stefanie through the song to make it the best it can be in a way that is both constructive and incredibly sweet at the same time. Spoiler alert: "Tasty" and "awesome" are just two of the adjectives Ron uses to describe her voice. You'll also be able to hear Stefanie's lovely vocals crystal clear. It's no wonder Ron wanted her to pick up the mic once again.
