Yes, RHONY's Erin Lichy Has a Surprising Connection to Million Dollar Listing
The Real Housewives of New York City's Erin Lichy shares more than just a penchant for real estate with this Bravo alum.
Erin Lichy may be one of the newest Housewives as part of the Season 14 cast of The Real Housewives of New York City, but it isn’t her only connection to the Bravo universe.
How Erin Lichy Is Connected to Million Dollar Listing
The veteran real estate agent works for Douglas Elliman as part of the New York team, which is led by Million Dollar Listing alum Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes.

And Erin’s home skills don’t end there. She also leads her own interior design and renovation firm, Homegirl.
“Erin’s insight on real estate goes much deeper than the conventional market knowledge,” her profile on the Douglas Elliman site states. “As the founder of an interior design firm, specializing in renovations that cater to market needs and maximize profitability, Erin has a keen eye for what will sell at the highest price point.”
Real estate prowess seems to be an inherited trait for her: She hails from a family with over four decades of experience in the real estate business. Her mother is a real estate broker and her father was once the director at a New York real estate investment firm, according to The New York Times.
Erin was all too eager to join the family business herself and earned her own real estate license at the tender age of 19 before going on to get a Master’s degree in real estate development from NYU.
“Being born and raised in Manhattan, she can often spot trends early on and identify new hot neighborhoods,” her profile continues. “Her philosophy is to be assertive while remaining innovative, enthusiastic, and inventive.”
With her design skills on point and her aptitude for real estate, we can’t wait to see how Erin transforms the Big Apple with her ideas and renovations.

Although it’s not clear when she joined Eklund’s team, we imagine he would have good advice for her about becoming a Bravoleb.
Eklund shared his life and staggering home deals on Million Dollar Listing for 11 years before announcing on Instagram in 2022 that he was leaving the franchise, noting the show “truly changed my life.”
“After an amazing 11 years, I’ve decided it’s time for the next chapter in my life, and to leave Million Dollar Listing. It’s an end of an era and a new start for me," he wrote. “I mean what an incredible run we had together. All of my memorable milestones from the last decade I shared with all of you: meeting [my husband] Derek [Kaplan], our wedding, the miscarriages, the birth of our twins [Freddy and Milla]."
Tune in to Real Housewives of New York City when it premieres on July 16 on Bravo to see more of Erin's real estate skills.
