Margaret Josephs Reveals Her “Favorite Family Member” — and It’s Not Joe Benigno
The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member is showing lots of love to a very special member of her brood.
Move over, Joe Benigno, because Margaret Josephs has officially declared the No. 1 loved one in her life! The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member revealed as much in an adorable social media post.
Margaret Josephs shows love to her “favorite family member”
On June 29, Margaret took to Instagram to share a photo of herself and her furry BFF, Bella. The two were sitting comfortably on the green couch in Margaret’s living room, posing for the camera.
“My favorite family member,” Margaret captioned the adorable photo, adding a series of emojis including the girl with pigtails (a tribute, perhaps, to the RHONJ cast member’s famous hairdo), a pink heart, and a dog. Bella and Margaret’s post garnered lots of love from fans and even a few Bravolebs.
Taking to Margaret’s comments was her RHONJ castmate Melissa Gorga, who wrote, “Chicccccc,” while friend of the show Jennifer Fessler commented, “Love you [two] bitches so much!!!”

In 2018, Margaret opened up about adopting her beloved Yorkie, Bella. “I’m so excited I found my little dream dog,” she told BravoTV.com at the time, which you can check out in the clip above. “Bella’s 5 years old and she’s trained and she’s a little angel.”
The Jersey resident explained that she had been searching for a new addition to the family along with her husband, Joe. The two were interested in a small hypoallergenic pet.
“And then I saw little Bella and look at this little angel!” she exclaimed. “I was so crazy, crazy, crazy about her, and she fits with my family. I had to fill out the adoption paperwork and it was like, ‘I’ve raised kids, so I am totally reliable…’ I was like, ‘OK, don’t worry, I can take care of little Bella.’”

These days, Margaret and Joe have more than a four-legged puppy running around their home. In fact, on Season 13 Episode 12 of RHONJ, Margaret shared that her creative director/assistant Lexi Barbuto and her son, Nino, were living with her and Joe in their New Jersey abode.
“Lexi and Nino are keeping Joe company back at home because recently they moved into the guesthouse,” Margaret said in the episode. “Lexi got separated, so we said, ‘Move in with us!’”
Later during the RHONJ Season 13 finale, it was revealed that “Margaret is still living with Lexi and Nino.”
