The way Dolores Catania sees it, there’s no end in sight for the feud between Teresa Giudice; her brother, Joe Gorga; and his wife, Melissa Gorga

As such, “I just think it’s time for them to really part ways,” The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member said during Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Tuesday, February 7. “I don’t want that… but if there’s no peace in their life being together, then I think it’s time.”

In the past, Dolores has never sided with Teresa nor Melissa and Joe, and she maintained her neutral position on WWHL. “I never took a side with family,” she explained. “You don’t, because you lose at the end of the day.”

She did, however, recently weigh in on the drama specifically pertaining to Teresa’s wedding. As RHONJ fans may recall, Teresa did not ask her sister-in-law to be in her wedding, and Melissa and Joe later decided not to attend. “I did say this to Melissa, I just wasn’t surprised because I knew they weren’t in a good place at the time,” Dolores told E! News of Teresa’s not asking Melissa to be a bridesmaid. “It wouldn’t have been organic to have her in it because they weren’t really getting along from what I had seen.”

Still, Teresa was “devastated” to discover that Joe, Melissa, and their three children wouldn’t be attending her wedding, Dolores said. At the same time, the Gorgas had apparently “hit a breaking point.”

“I just think it was a pivotal time for everyone,” Dolores continued, noting that regardless of the tension, Teresa ultimately “wanted her brother and his family there.”

Much of the drama is set to play out on RHONJ Season 13, which had its premiere on February 7 prior to Dolores’ appearance on WWHL. Get a sneak peek of what’s to come, below.
