Dolores Catania and Gia Giudice Share a "Cute" Update or Two on Newlywed Teresa
The RHONJ bridesmaids are rooting for Teresa Giudice and Luis "Louie" Ruelas to keep the honeymoon phase going.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice found her “happily ever after” with new husband Luis “Louie” Ruelas. Now that the couple has begun their next chapter together, Teresa’s loved ones also seem to be on the same page of their love story.
Describing Teresa and Louie’s August 6 wedding as a “fairy tale,” fellow RHONJ cast member Dolores Catania — who served as a bridesmaid — shared more details with Extra at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, August 28. “It was epic!” Dolores, who was accompanied by her son Frankie Catania, told the outlet on the red carpet. “It was everything you would expect Teresa to have at her wedding: it was over the top, it was glamorous, it was big, everything was big — the hair! — but she looked beautiful."
Because the two women have “been through a lot together,” as Dolores put it, she was “very excited” to be in the wedding, along with Jennifer Aydin. Now that the newlyweds have returned from their honeymoon in Greece, Dolores has also had a chance to get a post-wedding update from Teresa. Her assessment? “She looks great, they are happy, they are in love, and I hope their honeymoon lasts forever,” the RHONJ ‘Wife spilled.
Another bridesmaid, Teresa’s daughter Gia Giudice, is also in her mom and Louie’s corner. On August 26, Louie penned a lengthy note to his new wife in an Instagram caption, writing, in part, that she’s his “one true love” who he will love “always [and] forever." Giving her seal of approval, Gia called Louie’s sweet message “so cute” in the comments, also adding a red heart emoji.
In addition to The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Cynthia Bailey and The Real Housewives of New York City’s Jill Zarin sharing their feelings in the comments, even Teresa herself replied to Louie’s post, writing, “I Love you my husband for eternity.”
