We Have an Update on Kyle and Garcelle’s Friendship
Garcelle showed love for the RHOBH OG in honor of a very special occasion.
Kyle Richards is certainly feeling the love from her friends and family on her birthday.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OG officially turned 54 on January 11, and the Capricorn received plenty of birthday wishes on social media — including from her RHOBH castmate Garcelle Beauvais.
“Happiest of birthdays [Kyle Richards],” Garcelle wrote in an Instagram Story posted on January 10. Kyle reposted the message on her own Story.
While it appears as if the Californians are on good terms at the moment, the two have had a rocky journey in their friendship since Garcelle joined the RHOBH cast in Season 10.
After disagreeing about who was the “least welcoming” in the group, whether a charity check was paid, and what friendship means, it looks like Garcelle and Kyle are cordial with each other. The Love Me as I Am author wasn’t the only Bravolebrity to wish Kyle a happy birthday.
Taylor Armstrong, who will be on Season 17 of The Real Housewives of Orange County after appearing on three seasons of RHOBH, paid tribute to her longtime pal with a post on her main Instagram feed.
“Happy early birthday to my amazing and beautiful friend [Kyle Richards]! I’m so thankful for the amazing memories we have together and I hope your day is as special as you are,” she wrote on January 10. “You’re the best [diamond] in the world!”
RHOC’s Tamra Judge shared an Instagram Story featuring four throwback photos of the pair, and her Two Ts in a Pod co-host, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, posted a reel in honor of Kyle’s special day.
“If you would have told me five years ago I would meet one of my best friends, someone who makes me laugh the hardest, who knows me more than most, who can imitate (tease) me better than anybody, who I would give a nickname to, I would have said get real. But it doesn’t get realer than my Keeks. Love you so much [Kyle Richards],” Teddi wrote in the caption of her post. “Can’t wait to celebrate you.”
Sutton Stracke also posted a message for Kyle that shows the evolution of their friendship ("From this [frown face photo] to this [posing together photo]. #friends. Happy Birthday") as did Dorit Kemsley. Dorit wrote, "Happiest birthday to my tiny dancer! I love you so much. May this be your best year yet! May you be surrounded by love and may all your wishes come true today and always. PK, Jagger, Phoenix and I are sending lots of hugs and kisses."
