See the Sweet Moment When Kenya’s Daughter, Brooklyn, Meets Her Grandpa for the First Time (VIDEO)
The RHOA kid shares a special moment with her mom’s family members on Season 15’s upcoming Episode 10.
Kenya Moore is marking a sweet milestone with her family on The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 15.
In a preview of July 16’s Episode 10, which you can check out at the top of this post, Kenya’s daughter, Brooklyn Daly, meets a very important man in Kenya’s life for the very first time.
Brooklyn Daly meets Kenya’s father
In the sneak peek of the episode, Kenya introduces Brooklyn to a few special guests at Moore Manor.
“And that’s your Auntie Anala. Say Anala,” Kenya says to her 4-year-old daughter while the relatives are spending time together in the kitchen. “And guess who that is? Look who that is, Brooklyn! Give Papa a good, big hug.”
Brooklyn and her grandfather (aka “Papa”), Ronald Grant, then share an adorable embrace after meeting in person for the first time. In an interview on the episode, Kenya explains why it took several years for her dad to come face-to-face with her only child.
“After Brooklyn was born, Brooklyn wasn’t even seeing her own father, let alone my father,” she says. “But he finally was able to see her and give her a hug and squeeze and kisses and love. In person, there’s just nothing like it.”
Kenya’s Recent Tribute to Her Father
In June, Kenya shared an emotional post for her dad in honor of Father’s Day.
“I strongly believe that fathers instill self esteem in their daughters,” she wrote in the caption of her post, which featured a photo of the two out at an event together. “If you have the love of your dad, you will never settle for anything less than what your dad showed you. Thank you for always letting me know that I was loved and adored by you! Happy Father’s Day Dad!”
Kenya, Brooklyn, and Ronald will share a beautiful moment together on Episode 10, but Kenya will be getting involved in some drama with the rest of the RHOA ladies as the rest of Season 15 continues.
