Lea Black's Son RJ Is All Grown Up (She Can't Believe It, Either)
The #RHOM mom just bought a house that'll be perfect for empty nesting.
The Real Housewives of Miami's Lea Black dropped some major knowledge that we kind of can't believe right now. While speaking with Amy Phillips during her Radio Andy show Reality Checked, Lea gave us an update that her little son RJ is now a teenager.
She did so while explaining why she and her husband Roy Black decided to put their Star Island mansion on the market instead of building a new home in its place. "I was at the crossroads where, well now do I want to tear it down or sell it," Lea told Amy. "And my son graduates high school in three years, so by the time I get it built, he'll be out of high school, and I'll probably be living half the time wherever he's in college, so I decided to sell it."

And no, Lea can't believe how grown-up RJ looks, either.
As Lea continues to watch her little boy become a man, she also revealed that she just bought a new home in Los Angeles very close to her former residence in the city. "It [was] just on a fluke," Lea told Amy about her latest real estate purchase, which is "twice the size" with an "equal or better view" than her old crib. "I was just looking one day, and my husband said, 'Why don't we make an offer on that house?' And we're getting that house, so I've been packing all summer."
It sounds like RJ and Lea have an exciting future ahead of them.
