Real Girlfriends in Paris’ Adja and Margaux Offer You a “So F--king Hot” Survival Guide to Living in Paris
The Real Girlfriends in Paris cast gives a crash course on the French language and we are definitely listening.
French is considered one of the most romantic languages in the world. After all, who doesn’t like telling their partner “je t’aime” (which translates to “I love you” in English) when they want to woo them?
And in the exclusive clip above, the Real Girlfriends in Paris cast explains why basically “everything sounds way better” in French. (No arguments from us!)
Sure, learning a foreign language can be quite hard, but lucky for us all, the Real Girlfriends in Paris crew is here to give a quick lesson on a few helpful French sayings that will come in handy should you ever find yourself exploring the city of Paris.
Adja Toure may not be from Paris originally, but it’s pretty clear the city has always felt like a second home for her and she is well versed in all things French. In fact, she dished out a few phrases that might be useful at any Parisian restaurant. “Avez-vous une fourchette?” Adja quips in the video. Want to know what that means? Let her explain, above.
There is one sweet French saying that is great to know if you want to charm that special someone in your life. In the clip above, RGIP cast member Margaux Lignel, explains, “‘I miss you’ is one of my favorites [be]cause it actually translates to ‘a part of me is missing,’ and it’s ‘Tu me manques,’” she says. Awww!
There are plenty more notable French sayings to learn from the RGIP cast. To teach yourself to sound like a local, press play on the video above. Also, check out the video below to hear the cast dish all about the dating scene in France.
