Ramona Singer Pushes Pinot with a Purpose
RHONY star pledges proceeds to end domestic violence.
Ramona's raising her glass for a good cause. The Real Housewives of New York City star is currently traveling the country signing bottles of her Ramona Singer Pinot Grigio, with a portion of the wine's proceeds benefiting local domestic violence shelters.
Avery's mama -- and role model -- tells The Dish it was her own experience with domestic violence as a child that inspired her to help other women and children. "Growing up, I witnessed this with my mother and no safe shelters existed." The charitable 'Wife has already raised money for shelters in Long Island and Chicago, and tonight and tomorrow she'll host two signings in the ATL to benefit the Women's Resource Center to End Domestic Violence.
Next month, Ramona will hold turtle time once again in Virginia with proceeds aiding the Safe Harbor of Richmond. Live in the Atlanta or VA area? Here are the full details:
July 11: Hinton's Wine Store, 8455 Holcomb Bridge Road, Alpharetta, GA @ 5 p.m.
