Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley Revealed the Gender of their Baby: So, Is It a Boy or Girl?
The RHOC alums "couldn’t be happier!"
Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley might have to wait until July to meet their little baby, but they revealed the tot's gender at a bash this weekend. And The Real Housewives of Orange County alums are having a... GIRL!
They revealed the exciting news at a gender reveal party over the weekend that seemed to be themed "Little Star How I Wonder What You Are." (Oh, we see what they did there.) "Thank you lord for this amazing miracle," Gretchen added on Instagram Stories over footage of pink confetti flying through the air to reveal the big news. She added, "We wanted a little girl so much! We couldn’t be happier! Best day of my life!”
Gretchen and Slade struggled with infertility and various treatments before Gretchen became pregnant late last year. Gretchen added, "It’s been a long journey, but we’re so excited to be here.”
This is the first child for Gretchen. Her longtime love, Slade, has two sons, Gavin and Grayson, from previous relationships. As for how she's feeling these days, Gretchen noted on Instagram, "19 weeks Preggo!!! And feeling so great finally in my second trimester!"
