Porsha Williams' Thoughts on Phaedra Parks' New Boyfriend Will Make Your Jaw Drop
The Real Housewives of Atlanta have finally weighed in on the alum's new beau Tone Kapone.
Phaedra Parks' ex-husband, Apollo Nida, certainly made quite the impression on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, often finding himself in the middle of all the ATL drama, even when he wasn't on the show. So you better believe that now that the RHOA alum has officially moved on and begun dating Chicago radio and TV personality Tone Kapone that these Georgia Peaches have something to say on the matter.
Phaedra recently shared a video of an interview that her boyfriend did with the Windy City morning show The Jam on her Instagram, and the couple got a lot of love from the RHOA crew. Eva Marcille liked the post, as did Nene Leakes, who also wrote "I love it" in the comments.

But perhaps the most shocking reaction was from Porsha Williams. The onetime "Frick" to Phaedra's "Frack" famously had a falling-out with the RHOA attorney following some major revelations at the Season 9 reunion. But much to our surprise, Porsha had nothing but love for Phaedra and Tone. "This is too cute!" she commented on the post on Instagram. "He’s such a great guy."
It sounds like Porsha has met Tone before, or she at least knows of him. In addition to working as a DJ for WGCI Chicago and appearing on Fox 32 Chicago, Tone also contributes to DISH Nation, for which Porsha serves as a host.
Tone revealed on The Jam that he and Phaedra were connected by mutual friends and then he "slid into her DMs." Phaedra noted on Instagram that she was glad that Tone decided to "take a chance." "I kind of knew she wanted me to say hi because the mutual friend said say hi," he shared during the interview. "We were just, 'Hey, how you doing?' Just normal people talk because you don't want to say anything crazy because you get screenshotted, like, 'Look [at] what this fool sent me.'"
Tone said that he and Phaedra had instant chemistry with "great conversations that last for hours and hours." With Phaedra based in Atlanta and Tone based in Chicago, the two are currently dating long distance and have been flying back-and-forth to see each other.
But it sounds like it's all worth it for this special lady. "She's funny as ever. Like, just one of the funniest women I've ever met," Tone gushed about Phaedra on The Jam. "She's super cool."
Phaedra made her new relationship Instagram official on January 1. Tone later confirmed they are a couple on January 2.
As you can see, Phaedra's relationship with the RHOA ladies seems to have also improved as of late. She reunited with Nene, Cynthia Bailey, and Marlo Hampton at Nene's birthday party last month.
