Porsha Williams Flaunts Lingerie Line
The 'RHOA' star reveals how her divorce inspired her collection.
Porsha Williams is all about the undergarments these days. In addition to her Bodied by Porsha line of waist trainers, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star is also launching her Naked Lingerie Boutique Spring Collection in the near future.
Porsha showed off one of the designs on Instagram. While many of the looks are being kept under wraps, fans are getting a glimpse at a lacy corset from the collection.
Porsha recently appeared on David Tutera's CELEBrations where she opened up about the lingerie line and how it was inspired by a very life-changing event.
"I was kicked out of where I was living, I had nothing. I felt that I was worthless," she shared about what happened to her after her 2013 divorce from NFL player Kordell Stewart.
She added, "I've dealt with physical abuse before, mental abus, all of that, and lingerie was something I thought about, being home alone.
She further added that during that time in her life, she was already thinking about the lingerie brand.
"I'd wake up in the middle of the night, write down ideas, write down want I wanted to do, try to figure it out," she said.
With Porsha so busy launching several businesses, she recently opened up about the state of her love life. Back in January she teased that she was starting to date again.
"Actually, a friend recently linked me up with someone," she said. "I even tweeted about it. I was that excited!"
