Phaedra Parks' Ex Apollo Nida Is Engaged
The #RHOA ex-husband will reportedly marry again.
Earlier this month, Phaedra Parks confirmed that she is officially divorced from Apollo Nida, and now comes word that her ex-husband is engaged. Apollo, who is currently serving an eight-year prison sentence for fraud and identity theft, confirmed that he and an unnamed woman have plans to marry on his Instagram account. "You see that smile? That's how she makes me feel all over!" Apollo wrote in a post on Monday.
The news comes two years after Phaedra announced her plans to divorce Apollo in October 2014. Together they have two sons, Ayden, 6, and Dylan,3.
In an earlier interview with TMZ's Raq Rants, Phaedra shut down any chance that she and her ex might rekindle their romance. "I never say never, but in this case, I don't think that would be a possibility," The Real Housewives of Atlanta mom said. "At the end of the day, we're friends and we have our kids together, so we'll always be friends. We'll always have a relationship."
