PK Kemsley Makes a Declaration Amid Split from Dorit: "Don't Believe All You Read"

Paul "PK" Kemsley has a message for viewers as they watch him navigate his split from Dorit Kemsley on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14.
The Englishman took to his Instagram Stories on December 11 to share a solo shot of him posing in front of some festive holiday decorations. In the caption of his post, PK wrote, "Love and understanding would be good this season. As I tell my gorgeous little boy, Jagger [Kemsley] don't believe everything you read, son."
As viewers have seen on RHOBH Season 14, PK and Dorit are going through a separation after more than nine years of marriage. Throughout the season, both of the estranged spouses have spoken about what went wrong in their marriage.
Why did Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley break up?
As Dorit shared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, PK was the one who wanted to formally separate.
"It was initiated by [PK]," she explained. "We had had a rough few years. It wasn't consistently a rough few years, it was just like, good and bad and good and bad. And then it started to get progressively worse."
"I was struggling so much being in a place that I didn't feel myself," she continued, noting that her home robbery and battle with PTSD caused these issues. "I didn't feel like myself. I was desperate to feel confident. And when it started to come, I grabbed at it like it was the [air I needed to breathe]," she continued. "I think we reached a point where something had to be done, right? It was like being on a merry-go-round. And I had to get off the merry-go-round."
PK explained his perspective on the split when he met with Mauricio Umansky on the Season 14 premiere.
After getting sober, PK felt like the spouses "were just taking bites out of each other the whole f-cking time" throughout their marriage.
"I had a lot of resentment," he told Mauricio. "Dorit isn't the most able to listen. She's not."
Is Dorit Kemsley still living with PK Kemsley?
No, Dorit and PK are now living separately. While Dorit is still residing in the couple's Encino house, PK has gotten an apartment elsewhere.
"He ended up getting an apartment," Dorit said on RHOBH Season 14, Episode 3. "When I tried to, like, talk to him about it, he didn't want to talk about it. And then a few days later I found out through a text message that he had moved into this apartment."
Dorit felt betrayed by the move because it was done without her knowledge.
"When PK and I separated, we decided we were going to have very open communication for the kids. That was the only way for us to shield them from what was going on," she said. "To sign a lease on an apartment that I know nothing about and expect our children to stay there is a little bit too impulsive and not very considerate."
