Summer lovin’ isn’t a blast for everyone.

We all know that it worked out in Danny and Sandy’s favor, but our master of the heart warns that a summertime romance could end up as just a knock-off of the real deal. "Finding the right guy is like finding the perfect pair of shoes -- and falling into a summer fling can be like finding a temporary stand-in: The black pumps that weren’t quite the Jimmy Choos you’ve had your eye on."
Besides that, you could become attached to this expiration date love. "You have to be careful," Patti shakes her finger. "Women bond by Oxytocin, a chemical in your body, which doesn’t recognize the difference between a loser and a good guy, so you’ve got to keep your heart and your head in check. Your summer fling isn’t guaranteed to be a marriage-minded man and he may not be interested in a relationship beyond a little fun."
