Patti Stanger: Pro Baseball Player?
The Millionaire Matchmaker set to throw out LA Dodgers' ceremonial first pitch.
We'll soon find out if Patti Stanger has a good pitching arm. Our resident matchmaker is set to throw out the ceremonial first ball Sunday, Sept. 1 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.
And guess who'll be standing behind home plate? None other than her boyfriend David Krausse, an ex-baseball player.
"I think it's pretty cool that I will be able to catch for Patti," Krausse says in a statement. "Not only that I think we are a match made in heaven, but I will be able to combine my passion for baseball with my new passion and love of my life."
Patti's pitching is all for a good cause: raising awareness and funds for Mixed Roots Foundation, which helps adoptees and families. It's a cause that's close to her heart. The 52-year-old New Jersey native has spoken openly about being adopted and her own desire to adopt.
