And now, Padma is celebrating a major victory for her mini-me in just that realm.
On October 11, Padma took to Instagram in the perfect T-shirt to underscore her victorious announcement. Wearing a top that read "Hero Begins With Her," she shared this news: "No one is going to give us our place at the table. We need to take it for ourselves. So proud of [my daughter] who was just elected student council leader of her third grade class!!"
