Naomie Olindo Shares a Peek at Her New "Dream Home" as She Prepares to Move in
The Southern Charm alum announced she purchased the stunning house right before the new year.
2025 got off to a busy but exciting start for Naomie Olindo.
Just several days into the new year, the former Southern Charm-er gave fans a quick progress report on her home-moving process. And from the looks of it, she has a long way to go.
The French-born businesswoman provided the update on January 4 when she shared another look at the Charleston property she purchased in December. Naomie posted a photo of her standing in an empty room where she had placed painter's tape along the walls and floor, presumably to map out her furniture placement.
Naomie reveals her newly purchased Charleston house
The L’abeye founder showed off her new digs in late December shortly after the closing. She posted a photo of the property’s beautiful staircase, spacious living room, and front porch, where she and her new dog, Olive, posed alongside Charleston-based realtors Debbie Peretsman and Scott Cheney.
“Olive got a new house today,” Naomie captioned a Story. “Thank you [Debbie] and [Scott] for our new dream home!”
Judging by the pictures, Naomie’s new place has similar vibes to her former Charleston home, which she described as her “little slice of heaven.” Both feature charming and timeless details, like rustic wooden floors, transom windows, a dramatic fireplace, and tonal molding on off-white walls. Considering the similarities, it’s safe to say Naomie won’t have any trouble incorporating her current furniture into the new home.

As seen on Instagram over the years, Naomie has amassed a stunning collection of home decor pieces, like vibrant velvet chairs, dark wooded side tables and cabinets, a white comfy sofa, and several artworks, including one by her late dad, Joel Olindo. Fans got another look at Naomie’s interior design on January 1, when she shared an adorable photo of Olive and her beloved cat, Omlete, lounging in her old living room.
“The kids are getting along!” she captioned the snap.
Naomie opens up about her return to Charleston
The Southern Charm alum secured her old home in 2022, about a year after she moved back to Charleston from New York City. Naomie spoke about her return in the Southern Charm Season 8 premiere, saying the situation “humbled” her “real quick.”
“I was so sad being back in Charleston because I thought I was going to, like, move to New York and grow,” she told Venita Aspen. “The thought of coming back was just depressing… I had a big going-away party. I was like, ‘Goodbye everybody.’”
Naomie had moved to the Big Apple with her then-boyfriend, Metul Shah, but felt it was best to go back to Charleston after they split.
“I crawled all the way back to Charleston, tail tucked between my legs,” she said in an episode interview. “I’m starting over.”
