Morning After: Maggie's Muumuu

Last night on Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List, between an LC rendezvous and a Tyra Banks inspired muumuu catwalk, Kathy's dreams were quickly becoming a reality.

The remodel-without-a-plan continues and Kathy worries about the excessive costs. But after some finance tips from the shoulder pad lover herself, Suze Orman, Team Griffin decided what better way to earn extra cash than to hold a yard sale? It was then, as the professional-yard-sale-girl, Linda, was going nuts and giving Kathy new material, that Kathy learned just how popular her mother is with the fans.

So looking to bank off adoration of her mother, Kathy gathered the team together to brainstorm ideas for Maggie-centric merchandise to sell at the shows. With the help of Lauren Conrad, a "casual cocktail attire / Maggie drinking blanket" was soon invented. Lauren's advice was to know your audience, and Kathy was pretty sure that this drinking blanket was exactly what fans of Maggie "Tip It" Griffin would love.

And alongside the new "Mag-let" lies the "world according to Maggie" book. Last night we watched the cover photo shoot set off all kinds of tantrums from the Griffin women. From Maggie refusing to wear the muumuu to Kathy pouting about wearing a plaid sweater vest, it seems we had multiple divas on our hands.

But in the end it didn't matter what anyone was wearing. On the final cover, Kathy is covered up almost entirely by a giant wine glass. We see where those priorities are. However, Maggie's love for boxed wine has never been a secret, and we can drink to that. Cheers! Tip it!
