James Harris' Charming L.A. Home Can Be All Yours

Currently on the market for $1,099,000, the charming bungalow is located in L.A.'s Studio City. Oh, and it's being listed by his real estate partner-in-crime and buddy, David Parnes. And we have all the exclusive scoop on the listing from the guys themselves. "Studio City is an amazing place to live," James told The Daily Dish. "Centrally located, family friendly, safe, fun, and close to everything."

James credits the backyard and deck area as two of the home's best features, and admits the outdoor space is what he'll miss the most. "[My wife] Valeria throws our daughter's birthday parties in the garden every year which we love," he said. "She creates an amazing party and transforms our garden into a kids playground."

The Harris' have been living in the home for six years and it definitely holds some treasured memories for the family. "We bought the property in 2010 and only AMAZING things have happened since then," James said. "Our home is where we raised our family and grew together. Our home has warmth, it's cozy and most of all it has the best memories."
